Matthew A. Cline serves as a Vice President of Havencrest Capital Management.

Prior to joining Havencrest, Mr. Cline served as an Associate at Concord Health Partners, a New York-based, healthcare-focused private equity firm. At Concord, Mr. Cline focused on investments in high-growth healthcare technology and services companies.

Previously, Mr. Cline served as an Associate at Jefferies in the healthcare investment banking group where he focused on executing merger and acquisition transactions for healthcare services and life sciences clients.

Prior to Jefferies, Mr. Cline served as a Senior Analyst at Accenture where he focused on large-scale technology implementation projects across a variety of industries including healthcare, industrial equipment, consumer goods and digital media.

Mr. Cline earned his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin
