Since 2015, David S. Boone has been serving as the CEO for Alacura, an air ambulance company based in Dallas, Texas and privately owned by The Vistria Group.

Additionally, Mr. Boone is a member of the board of Directors of National Western Life Insurance (NASDAQ: NWLI), several private company and non-profit boards and is the lead independent director and Audit Chair of Track Group (TRCK). He is also currently Managing Director for Sawtooth Growth Partners.

From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Boone served as CEO of Paranet Solution. Prior to this, he was CEO of American CareSource—a NASDAQ-traded healthcare services firm—from 2006-2011. He also held executive roles with a variety of publicly traded companies and start-up organizations including Kraft General Foods, Sears, PepsiCo, Safeway, and Belo Corporation.

Mr. Boone received his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and his B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
