Havencrest Capital Management, a Dallas-based, healthcare-focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce the addition of two Operating Partners to complement its current investment team of Christopher W. Kersey, Matthew D. Shofner, M. Jett Aubrey, Dylan C. Erdle, Alek G. Blankenau, Kyle D. Seco, Thomas D. Ruane, Matthew A. Cline, Ian D. Anderson, Noah J. Berestka and Ryan W. Panyard.

Operating Partner Teri Fontenot currently serves as a member of the board of directors for AMN Healthcare Services (NYSE: AMN), the country’s largest healthcare staffing company, and she also currently serves as a member of the board of directors of AmeriSafe Holdings (NASDAQ: AMSF), a leading carrier in the specialty workers’ compensation insurance marketplace. Ms. Fontenot served on the board of directors of the LHC Group, one of the country’s largest home health companies (NASDAQ: LHCG, acquired by UnitedHealthcare Group, NYSE: UNH), where she served as the Audit Committee Chair. A former Chair of the board of directors of the American Hospital Association (AHA), Ms. Fontenot currently serves as the CEO Emeritus of the Woman’s Hospital of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and she is a former member of the board of directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Georgia.
Operating Partner Karen Golden-Russell most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Henry Schein, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSIC), the world’s largest provider of healthcare products and services to the dental industry. Previously, Ms. Golden-Russell served as Vice President of Revenue Operations at Heartland Dental (NASDAQ: HTLF), the world’s largest dental support organization (DSO).
Apara Autism Centers expands to 4 additional states
Havencrest is pleased to announce that one of its portfolio companies, Apara Autism Centers, recently completed its acquisition of the Nebraska-, New Mexico-, and Oklahoma-based Autism Learning Collaborative (“ALC”) as well as the acquisition of the Missouri operations of Early Autism Services (“EAS”). ALC & EAS are clinic- and home-based providers of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
