Havencrest Announces One Tuck-In Acquisition and Three New Investment Team Members
Havencrest Capital Management, a Dallas-based, healthcare-focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce the fourth tuck-in acquisition for its Avid Health at Home platform, Central Illinois Care Services (CICS), as well as the addition of three new investment team members.

Central Illinois Care Services (Avid Health at Home)
Central Illinois Care Services (“CICS”) represents the fourth tuck-in acquisition for Havencrest’s leading technology-enabled home care platform, Avid Health at Home.
As a high-quality provider of personalized home care for older adults in Central and Southern Illinois since 2006, CICS will further increase Avid’s footprint in the Illinois marketplace as Avid continues to expand throughout the Midwest.

New Investment Team Members
Brian P. Banks has joined Havencrest Capital Management as a Vice President.
Prior to joining Havencrest, Mr. Banks served on the executive leadership team of Miami Beach Medical Group, one of the country’s largest private-equity-backed, capitated primary care platforms serving Medicare Advantage and Medicaid patients. Previously, Mr. Banks served as a Senior Associate at Peak Rock Capital in Austin, TX and an Associate at Gauge Capital in Dallas, TX.
Mr. Banks earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Plan II Honors and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics from the University of Texas in Austin.

Mallary R. Socher has joined Havencrest Capital Management as an Associate.
Prior to joining Havencrest, Ms. Socher served as an Analyst at Hyde Park Capital where she focused on executing mergers and acquisitions for healthcare and business services clients. Previously, Ms. Socher served as a Summer Analyst at JPMorganChase in its investment banking group in New York City.
Ms. Socher earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Florida State University.

Michael D. Nelson has joined Havencrest Capital Management as an Analyst.
Prior to joining Havencrest, Mr. Nelson served as a Goalkeeper for Houston Dynamo FC of Major League Soccer (MLS). Mr. Nelson was a member of the U.S. Open Cup Championship-winning team during his rookie season. Prior to joining Houston Dynamo FC, Mr. Nelson served as a Summer Analyst at JPMorganChase in its corporate banking group in Houston, TX.
Mr. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. A walk-on member of the men’s soccer program, Mr. Nelson became a team captain, 1st team All-American and 1st round selection in the Major League Soccer (MLS) draft.
