Mr. Ingari has been an entrepreneur, CEO, or board member in NASDAQ and private companies including Lotus, Microstrategy, Shiva and Lumeris. He was an accountable care pioneer as CEO of Essence Healthcare, the first Medicare Advantage plan to achieve 5 Stars without owning a provider network.
As Essence CEO, Mr. Ingari grew the innovative Medicare Advantage plan from 3 stars and 8,200 members to membership above 50,000, the largest M.A. plan in Missouri, and unique status as the nation’s only 5-Star Medicare Advantage plan that did not employ physicians or own a network. While CEO of Essence, he conceived and founded Lumeris, now the #1 KLAS-rated Population Health Services company. He then led the turnaround of payer-provider portal vendor NaviNet and its successful sale to NantHealth (NASDAQ: NH).
Mr. Ingari was the founder and principal of Growth Ally, a consultancy serving venture capitalists and their companies with strategic, managerial and interventional services, and clients have included Kleiner Perkins, Greylock, Charles River and Polaris. Growth Ally contributed to companies including iRobot, Microstrategy, RSA, Powersoft and Sybase.
Mr. Ingari holds an undergraduate degree in American History and American Literature from Cornell University. He is an avid amateur musician and father of 4.
