Jeffrey N. (Jeff) Jarecki serves as the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Paradigm Health, a leading hospice and palliative care services company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Prior to Paradigm Health, Mr. Jarecki held senior operating roles in long term care at Life Care Services and Trilogy Health. He is a licensed Health Facility Administrator in Indiana, and he served on the board of directors of the Indiana Health Care Association.

Mr. Jarecki earned an M.B.A. from Ball State University and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University.
