Nitin K. Jain previously served as the President of Payer Solutions and Value Based Care at U.S. Renal Care, one of the country’s largest dialysis service companies, where he helped lead the transformation of the kidney disease industry into risk-based care delivery.
Prior to U.S. Renal Care, Mr. Jain served as Chief Operating Officer of Specialized Markets at Centene Corporation (NASDAQ: CNC), a leading managed care payer with more than $100B in revenues. At Centene, Nitin helped grow a business line focused on managing risk and total cost of care for various patient populations.
Previously, Mr. Jain served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Golden Living, one of the country’s largest operators of skilled nursing facilities, where he led various strategic initiatives including the transition from fee-for-service to value-based models.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Jain served as an executive with Cancer Treatment Centers of America as well as U.S. Oncology, where he helped diversify into new adjacent businesses, including the some of the company’s earliest forays into value-based care, leading up to its sale to McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK).
Mr. Jain earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
