Thomas A. Watford currently serves as a board director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Provant Health (AMEX: HH).

Prior to the above, Mr. Watford most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Santa Rosa Holdings, L.L.C., a private equity-funded healthcare technology company whose current holdings include Santa Rosa Consulting (one of the nation’s largest private healthcare technology consulting companies) and Fortified Health Solutions (a leading managed healthcare IT security company). Mr. Watford serves as a co-founder and board director of the company and held both President and CEO positions with the organization from 2009 – 2017.

Prior to joining Santa Rosa, Mr. Watford served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of First Consulting Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCG). At First Consulting Group, Mr. Watford was responsible for all delivery units in the corporation including Health Delivery, Health Delivery Outsourcing, Health Plan, Life Sciences and Software Services. He was also responsible for the Shared Service Center operations including Infrastructure Services, FCG India and FCG Vietnam. Mr. Watford, along with the Chief Executive Officer, led the process that resulted in the acquisition of the company to Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC).

Prior to joining FCG, Mr. Watford worked at Accenture where he served the Health Delivery and Health Insurance industries.

Mr. Watford received his M.H.S. in Health Administration, M.B.A. in Finance and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida. Mr. Watford is a Certified Public Accountant.
