Before retiring from her 30-year investment banking career, Maureen A. Spivack served as Managing Director and Co-Head for KPMG Corporate Finance’s Healthcare Investment Banking group. Prior to joining KPMG, Ms. Spivack served as a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Morgan Keegan.
Previously, Ms. Spivack served as Managing Director in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group at UBS, Managing Director and Head of the Healthcare Strategic Advisory Group at Merrill Lynch and Partner and Head of the National Health Care Corporate Finance Practice at Ernst & Young.
Currently, Ms. Spivack serves as the Senior Healthcare Industry Partner for New State Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund. Ms. Spivack also serves on the Board of Directors for Capital Pain Institute, New Vista Behavioral Health and Apple Tree Partners.
Ms. Spivack received a B.S. in Nursing from State University of New York in Albany, M.S. in Health Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
