Carleen L. McCarthy serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Portfolio Resource Group at Havencrest Capital Management.

Prior to joining Havencrest, Ms. McCarthy served as Vice President of Marketing at SENTA Partners, a Shore Capital Partners portfolio company.  At SENTA, she led enterprise-wide marketing strategy across a multi-state platform.  Her responsibilities included building and scaling the physician liaison program, developing digital and referral-driven patient acquisition strategies and aligning sales and marketing efforts.

Earlier in her career, Ms. McCarthy spent over two decades at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held leadership roles in media strategy, national partnerships, experiential marketing and sales.

Ms. McCarthy earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising from the University of Florida.
