Dylan C. Erdle serves as a Principal of Havencrest Capital Management.

Prior to Havencrest, Mr. Erdle served as a Principal of NovaQuest Private Equity, a healthcare and life sciences private equity firm, where he was responsible for deal sourcing, structuring and due diligence. Mr. Erdle also worked closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic and operational initiatives and add-on acquisitions.

Previously, Mr. Erdle served as an Associate on the leveraged buyouts team of H.I.G. Capital, where he was responsible for transaction execution, financing and portfolio company oversight.

Mr. Erdle began his career in investment banking at Cary Street Partners, where he worked on middle-market transactions across a range of industries including healthcare, technology-enabled services, contract manufacturing and value-added distribution, among others.

Mr. Erdle earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
