Jordan R. Barrett serves as Vice President of Business Development at Havencrest Capital Management.

Prior to joining Havencrest, Mr. Barrett served as Head of Corporate Development at Aesthetic Partners, a private equity–backed medical aesthetics platform focused on the plastic surgery, dermatology and wellness spaces, where he oversaw target sourcing, transaction execution and deal structuring nationwide.

Prior to Aesthetic Partners, Mr. Barrett served as Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at MB2 Dental, one of the nation’s largest dental partnership organizations operating 750+ offices nationwide across 23 states.  At MB2 Dental, Mr. Barrett helped direct partnership origination, underwriting and integration efforts.

Mr. Barrett earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics & Business with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Hendrix College, where he was a student-athlete in track & field and basketball.
