Sawyer P. Stratton serves as an Associate of Havencrest Capital Management.

Prior to joining Havencrest, Mr. Stratton served as an Associate of Houlihan Lokey in the healthcare investment banking group where he focused on executing merger and acquisition transactions for healthcare services and medical technology clients.

Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Stratton served as an Analyst of Wells Fargo Securities where he focused on a variety of transaction types including majority recapitalizations, minority equity transactions, direct lending and structured debt financings.

Mr. Stratton earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Finance from Texas A&M University.
